At Da Kine Coffee Company, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality coffee and aloha with every order. Because our coffee is a perishable item, we do not accept returns unless there is an issue such as damage during delivery.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Time is of the essence! If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to make it right with an exchange.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours.

📦 Starting a Return
To request a return, email us at info@dakinecoffeecompany.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
Note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, coffee, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card to post the refund.
